What to bring

You should bring:

  • WINTER: snow tires AND AWD or 4WD car/truck recommended (roads are hilly and can be snowy)
  • Also, be prepared for storms and bring extra food/supplies. Check the forecast before you come (see link on right of page). You don’t want to go out in a blizzard as even regular storms can make the roads impassable.
  • FALL (Nov/Dec): Orange or red vests for you and your pets (we provide some in cabins, but bring if you have them).
  • food, beverages, coffee, etc. (but grocery/beer store is only 15 minutes away)
  • bathing suits (optional, but hot tub is usable year round)
  • Netflix, Amazon Prime or other streaming service codes
  • flashlights/headlamps
  • sunscreen, bug repellent
  • walking shoes/boots
  • rain gear
  • sweater/jackets (it’s cooler in the mountains)
  • snow pants (if winter)
  • newspaper/paper/cardboard for fire pit (there is lots of wood on the property, but paper helps)
  • Lastly, make sure to set your phone up for “wifi calling” BEFORE you come to Vermont. (Otherwise it may not work with our wifi or while here.)

  • leash (but they may run off-leash on property if so inclined)
  • poop bags
  • bowls and food
