What to bring

You should bring:

  • WINTER: snow tires AND AWD or 4WD car/truck recommended (roads are hilly and can be snowy)
  • FALL: Orange or red vests for you and your pets (we provide some in cabins, but bring if you have them).
  • food, beverages, coffee, etc. (but grocery store is only 15 minutes away)
  • bathing suits (optional, but hot tub is usable year round)
  • flashlights/headlamps
  • sunscreen, bug repellent
  • walking shoes/boots
  • rain gear
  • sweater (it’s cooler in the mountains)
  • newspaper/paper for fire pit (there is lots of wood on the property, but paper helps)
  • Lastly, make sure to set your phone up for “wifi calling” before you come to Vermont. (Otherwise it may not work with our wifi or while here.)

If with dog, bring:

  • leash (but may run off-leash on property if so inclined)
  • poop bags
  • bowls and food
  • FALL: Orange or red collars or vests for dogs (we provide some in cabins, but bring if you have one)

We supply:

  • towels, linens, blankets, TP, soaps, etc.
  • coffee maker and grinder
  • most spices/condiments (lots in refrigerator)
  • 200 DVD’s and Roku for Hulu live TV, Netflix, etc. (Romantic Retreat)
  • pots, pans, etc.
  • ice maker (Romantic Retreat)
  • microwave (Romantic Retreat)
  • firewood for fire pit
  • snowshoes
  • volleyball/badminton net and equipment (Romantic Retreat)
  • tether ball (Romantic Retreat)
  • ski tuning bench (Little Loft)
  • orange vests for hiking during hunting season Nov./Dec. (dog vests, too)
  • propane and grill but not steaks… 🙂
